Get your account live, connect your first system, and start tracking contract commitments in under 30 minutes.
You'll receive an invitation email from ZantIQ — here's what to do with it.
The invitation email is sent to your work address from no-reply@zantiq.ai
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message with the subject "You've been invited to ZantIQ". The link expires in 48 hours.
This opens the ZantIQ sign-up page with your email pre-filled. You cannot change the email address at this step — contact your administrator if it is wrong.
Choose a password of at least 12 characters. If your organisation uses SSO (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace), click "Continue with SSO" instead — you will not need a password.
Enter your full name and job title. This appears in audit logs and notification emails sent to customers.
A quick tour of the dashboard and left-hand navigation.
Your command centre — updated in real time as data flows from connected systems.
Four headline numbers: Active Contracts, Overall Compliance, SLA Violations, and Commitments Tracked. These update live as connectors sync.
Shows how many fields ZantIQ is auto-enforcing, the number of live integrations, any mapping conflicts, and an estimated hours-per-week saved. The Customer Sync Coverage matrix lets you see which customers have which systems connected.
Commitments that are breaching their contracted terms appear here as alert cards with financial exposure estimates. Click "View All →" to open the Compliance page.

Connect external systems (Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, etc.) and configure which fields are enforced across them.
Analytics and forecasting pages for customer success teams and operations.
ZantIQ needs at least one source-of-truth system to start enforcing contract terms.
Go to Connectors in the left navigation bar.
The Connectors page lists all 40+ available integrations across CRM, ticketing, support, CLM, billing, and more. Most teams start with their CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) as the source of truth. If you use a Contract Lifecycle Management system (DocuSign or Ironclad), connect it to automatically ingest executed contracts.
A setup panel opens. You will be asked for your credentials (API key, OAuth, or service account depending on the system). ZantIQ encrypts all credentials at rest using AES-256.
ZantIQ performs a test call after you save credentials. The row will show a Connected badge (green) within a few seconds. If it shows Error, check that the credentials have the required scopes — see the per-system setup guides in the Administration Onboarding Guide.
Click Sync on the connected row. This pulls current field values from that system. Syncs typically complete in 30–60 seconds.
ZantIQ's AI extracts commitments, SLA terms, and obligations from any contract PDF — MSAs you signed with your customers, and MSAs your vendors signed with you. The extraction pipeline is the same; each contract gets tagged as sell-side (customer) or buy-side (vendor) so the SLA direction is unambiguous.
Go to Contracts → Ingest Contract in the top-right of the Contracts page.
Click "Add Contract" on the Contracts page. In the modal, pick Customer (sell-side — you promised the SLA) or Vendor (buy-side — the vendor promised the SLA to you). Drag-and-drop your PDF or click to browse. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX. Maximum file size: 50 MB. Or connect a CLM (Ironclad, DocuSign, SharePoint, Google Drive, Coupa, SAP Ariba) and every new contract auto-imports.
ZantIQ's extraction engine identifies contract type (MSA, SOW, NDA, Order Form, Amendment), SLA commitments, renewal dates, contract value, seat counts, and penalty clauses. This typically takes 15–60 seconds.
Each contract is assigned an Extraction Confidence score. Scores above 85% are generally reliable. For scores below 70%, review the extracted commitments manually before activating enforcement.
The built-in extraction covers SLAs, uptime, penalties, entitlements, escalation paths, and milestones. If there's a clause type specific to your business — notice period, price escalator, data residency, change-of-control — go to Settings → AI Extractors and write a custom prompt. It runs alongside the platform prompts on every contract you ingest. Each extracted field can either land as an enforced Commitment (breach detection + alerts) or as a passive Reference field on the contract. Test-before-activate lets you preview against a real contract without side effects. Included at every tier at no additional charge.
Navigate to Commitments — you'll see one row per extracted obligation. Each commitment has a type (SLA, delivery, seats, uptime, etc.) and a status that ZantIQ updates as it monitors your connected systems.
Add CSMs, operations staff, and other administrators to your ZantIQ workspace.
Administrators can invite team members from the Settings → Team page.
Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar, or navigate directly to /settings/team.
Select a role: Admin (full access including connectors and billing), Manager (customers, contracts, and compliance; no connector management), or Viewer (read-only).
Click Send Invitation. The invitee receives an email with a 48-hour activation link. You can re-send or revoke invitations from the pending invitations table.
For larger teams, use "Import CSV" on the Team page. Format: email,first_name,last_name,role
