How does the free trial work?
Starter, Pro, and Business include a 14-day free trial. You choose your plan and enter your payment details at sign-up — your card is not charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before day 14, your card is automatically charged for 12 months of service — $7,788 (Starter), $15,588 (Pro), or $45,588 (Business). You'll receive a reminder email 48 hours before the trial ends.
Do I need a corporate email to sign up?
Yes. Free trials are only available to verified corporate or business email addresses. Personal email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, ProtonMail, etc.) are not accepted. Additionally, each company domain is eligible for one trial — if someone at your company has already used a trial and not converted to a paid plan, additional trial sign-ups from the same domain will be blocked.
How does annual billing work?
Self-serve plans (Starter, Pro, and Business) are billed annually upfront in a single charge — $7,788/yr (Starter, $649/mo equivalent), $15,588/yr (Pro, $1,299/mo equivalent), and $45,588/yr (Business, $3,799/mo equivalent). There is no monthly billing option. The subscription automatically renews each year unless you cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date. Enterprise plans are invoiced annually on custom terms.
Can I cancel? What's the refund policy?
You can cancel your trial anytime before day 14 at no charge. After your trial converts to a paid annual plan, the annual fee is non-refundable (you'll retain access through the end of your 12-month period). If you cancel a paid subscription mid-year, you keep access until the period ends — no prorated refunds.
What counts as an "active contract"?
Any contract currently being monitored by ZantIQ — with commitments actively tracked and synced to your connectors. Archived contracts don't count toward your limit. We track customer contracts (sell-side — obligations you owe your customers) and vendor contracts (buy-side — obligations vendors owe you) as independent buckets. Customer contract limits: Starter 10, Pro 150, Business 600, Enterprise Scale up to 2,500 (starting at 601), Global covers 2,501+. Vendor contract limits: Starter 5, Pro 150, Business 400, Enterprise 400+ (scoped in your Order).
What are Vendor Email Requests?
Every Business or Enterprise tenant gets a dedicated inbound email domain (e.g. you.vendors.zantiq.ai). CC that address on any request you send a vendor and ZantIQ automatically tracks response time, links the thread to the right contract + commitment, and feeds the numbers into your vendor performance scorecard. Attachments (invoices, RCA docs, screenshots) are captured with the thread. Business tier includes 5,000 tracked inbound messages/month; Enterprise volume is scoped in your Order. This is a fully managed feature — we run the dedicated domain, DNS, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, deliverability monitoring, and 12-month attachment retention.
What counts as an AI agent "run"?
Each time you trigger an AI agent — for example, requesting a breach intelligence brief or a renewal brief for a specific contract — that counts as one run. The daily limit resets at midnight UTC. Automated weekly AI scans (extraction, embeddings, anomaly detection) run in the background and do not count toward your daily run limit. Limits: Starter 25 runs/day, Pro 50 runs/day, Business 200 runs/day, Enterprise 500 runs/day, Enterprise+ 1,000 runs/day. Higher volumes are scoped and rate-limited as a term of your Order.
How does connector pricing work?
Connectors are included in your plan — there's no per-connector fee. Starter includes 2 connectors, Pro includes up to 10, Business includes up to 20, and all Enterprise tiers include all 75+ connectors.
Which plans include SSO/SAML?
SSO/SAML is
included at no additional charge on Business, Enterprise, and Enterprise+ — there is no separate add-on to buy. It enables authentication via your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Ping, OneLogin) using SAML 2.0. Starter and Pro use email and Google sign-in. Contact

Can I change plans?
You can upgrade mid-year and you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remaining months. Downgrades take effect at your next annual renewal. To discuss a plan change, contact

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH bank transfer for annual Enterprise plans. We can also issue invoices for net-30 payment on Enterprise plans on request.
